
SoftwareOne, a widely known global provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions, recently announced its acquisition of the BNW Consulting in order to enhance, increase and extend the group’s SAP Technology Services capabilities focused on public cloud migrations, S/4 HANA transformation and support.
SoftwareOne, which has its headquarters in Switzerland, provides cloud based technology solution services to its clients. Such services includes aiding companies to effectively design and implement their technology strategies paying the right amount for their software and cloud solutions while also optimizing their specific estate offerings. The company has an employee base of about 5,300 employees and they drive sales delivery capabilities in about 90 countries, boasting of a client base of about 65,000 from over 7,500 publishers.
This new acquisition of BNW will mean that Warwick Chai, who is the founder and also the managing director of BNW, together with Stefan Baumann, who is the co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of BNW, will begin to operate with Daniel Da Vinci, the Global Practice Director at SoftwareOne SAP. Consistent with SoftwareONE’s “Vision 2022”, the BNW acquisition will strengthen and extend SoftwareONE’s Technology Services capabilities and advance its global SAP Technology Practice as one area of strategic importance for customers and expected growth for SoftwareONE.

BNW is a known consulting specialist ins specific services such as SAP platform transformation, public cloud migration and application management services. The 1996 established organization also provides organizations with proprietary SAP-certified tool, PowerConnect.
