Cireson Transitions It’s Focus to Partner Channels
The Cireson Platform allows organizations to leverage their existing SCCM infrastructure, while providing key functionalities and features that further enhance an end users experience. With the announcement regarding updates to the Cireson Platform, Cireson also says that the company itself will change its focus as it moves towards a 100% channel partner model. Cireson’s partners will perform service integration tasks while Cireson will maintain the platform.
Co-founder of Cireson Shaun Ericson mentions, “Our customers are savvy and know that service & asset management work better together. They want to standardize, automate, and transform IT by breaking down legacy technology silos. We are passionate about Microsoft and the community, which is why Cireson has invested deeply in Microsoft’s Cloud strategy to meet our customer’s needs. The partnership between Cireson and Microsoft has been driving amazing momentum with incredible results.”
Growth and Certifications
In Cireson’s press release, the company mentions that it has gained 1,200 customers in just 3 years. Cireson will soon begin offering training certifications called “International Association of IT asset Managers,” which one can assume will revolve heavily around the Cireson platform and SCCM. Cireson mentions that it requires all of its service integrators partners to become ITIL v3 certified, in order to maintain a high standard of excellence for Cireson’s customers.
