At Cisco Live, the IT and communications conference held annually by Cisco , Zingbox, the supplier of the most widely used Internet of Things (IoT) lifecycle management solution, spoke extensively on its event presentation “Implementing End-to-End IoT Lifecycle Management Solutions – A Primer from Zingbox.”
The presentation was given by Xu Zou, the CEO of Zingbox on the 10th of June, in the Security Village theater at the San Diego Convention Center.
This broad discussion was focused majorly on ways for new technology to power the automated development of the IoT lifecycle to supply management, security, and optimization of every enterprise assets. The discussion was a concise explanation of how this works in a manner which is passive and totally transparent to IoT devices.
Also, it explained in details how that kind of technology can enable IoT devices to interoperate with Network Access Control (NAC), Cisco Digital Network Architecture (DNA) center, and Identity Services Engine (ISE) functions to supply intend-based networking to take care of enterprise IoT devices.
Participants also by learning, how these solutions have the ability to accurately assess IoT devices and take advantage of artificial intelligence and machine learning to scale through the challenges of legacy security architecture as well as complement the processes in existence, having little to no disruption.
Last year, Zingbox announced the integration of Zingbox IoT Guardian with Cisco technology, which also includes the ISE system as well as the pxGrid controller. The pxGrid, or Cisco Platform Exchange Grid, is a scalable, open, IETF standards-driven platform which enables several security products to distribute data and work hands-in-hands in an automated manner to supply answers and manage threats more quickly.
Zingbox assist organizations for the realization of the full potential of their IoT devices, providing a new standard for a smooth service (one which is uninterrupted) via management, device inventory, security and optimization for the IoT environment as a whole.
