We were blown away when we tested the array of features; SugarSync does not disappoint. Every feature you would expect in a top tier online backup provider is provided. One feature we would like to emphasize is the sharing of links, files and folders. While every major backup service generally offers this feature, the SugarSync development team put in a significant amount of effort in making this a simple to use feature. Ease of Use

We decided to put this debate to rest, yet we encountered something completely different. SugarSync offers an intuitive system and their file manager was very simple to work with. As noted above, sharing files or folders was a far easier task than through any other backup company. Security
As per their website, SugarSync makes it well known that your security is their top priority. Before your files are even moved, SugarSync makes sure your data is secured by Transport Layer Security (SSL 3.3) encryption. Once this is verified by SugarSync, your data is moved to their servers which is secured by a 256-bit AES encryption. In short, your data is as secure as possible.

Try and find an online backup company with better support than SugarSync. What other service offers this many outlets of customer support? Should you need assistance, you can get in touch with SugarSync via 24/7 phone or email support. You also have the ability to connect with them via almost every single social media channel – Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube, their own personal blog – SugarSync has it all. They also offer very intuitive video tutorials and a broad FAQ section.
